Before she went to Seeger, Frick & Partner, she had been a legal assistant in a Liechtenstein law firm. Besides her work in our law firm, Tijana Braubach is studying for her Doctor's degree in laws.

Mario Frick joined our law firm as a partner in 2002. He advises on a wide range of legal areas and regularly publishes articles in legal journals. His focal areas are financial market law (among other things, banks, insurance companies, UCITS, AIF) and asset protection. Providing advice to corporate clients is another important part of his work.
Before he acted as the Prime Minister of the Principality of Liechtenstein from 1993 until 2001, Mario Frick worked in the Government's legal service. From 2001, he was in the trust business. In 2008, he became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank Frick & Co. AG. Mario Frick is committed to various charitable institutions.

Kuno Frick completed his law studies at the University of Freiburg (Switzerland). Later, he also took the trustee exam. Wolfgang Fürnschuss has been in our law firm since March 2017. He has extensive experience in contentious civil litigation, in particular in foundation and succession matters with international links. In addition, he is concerned with numerous aspects of insurance and insurance supervision law and works in M&A transactions.
He completed his studies of law at the University of Graz. In 2011, he took the bar exam in Liechtenstein and the supplementary bar exam for Austria. He took the degree of Master of Laws from the University of California in Los Angeles in 2016.

Nicolas Reithner joined our law firm as a partner in 2013. He regularly takes on very complex domestic and international civil and commercial criminal case, litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
Nicolas Reithner has taken the bar exam both in Liechtenstein and in Austria and is qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales. Holding a second degree in business economics and the comprehensive trustee's exam, he is also admitted as an asset manager, tax consultant and certified accountant. Since the establishment of the Liechtenstein Chamber of Notaries in 2021, he has been its president as well as a notary.

Hannes Mähr was a founding partner of a law firm in 2001 and has been working in close cooperation with Seeger, Frick & Partner since 2013 as an independent lawyer. He is admitted as a lawyer, trustee, and notary in Liechtenstein and holds the qualification as a lawyer in Austria.
Hannes Mähr advises various local enterprises and specialises in banking and liability law proceedings. Another focus of his activities is on capital market law. He accompanied a bank and several e-money institutions during their licensing procedure. In addition, he has experience in the restructuring and liquidation of banks.
Through Juricon Treuhand Anstalt, he also acts as a foundation council member for international clients.
